Maggie Brosnahan, LMSW, She /Her

Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and show up as your full self without judgment. I work with adolescents (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Creating an affirming, inclusive space is important to me, especially for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. Sessions are guided by curiosity, with space to explore patterns and gently challenge thoughts that may not be helping. I focus on meeting you where you are while keeping therapy practical and usable in your day-to-day life.
We’ll also spend time looking at how past experiences shape the way you see yourself and connect with others, while building greater self-trust and working toward changes that feel realistic for you.
I value the therapeutic relationship deeply and feel honored to walk alongside clients in their journey. If you’re considering therapy, I’d be glad to connect and see whether we might be a good fit.
