Jen loves our community and considers herself one of Des Moines' biggest cheerleaders! In her dynamic role as Sampson Family Therapy's office manager, she is happy to answer any of your questions (from parking to billing) and will help put you at ease when you visit our busy downtown office. She is a proponent of EMDR therapy, an aspiring spiritual director, and loves to talk about Enneagram, a personality system for personal growth.
