Casey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, couples, families, and children. Casey strives to provide an environment focusing on client strengths and resiliency. Casey believes the client is the expert in their own lives. Casey is trained in Systems Theory and understands the importance of working with systems to create lasting change. Casey utilizes therapeutic approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help meet client goals. Casey has experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship concerns, parenting, life stressors, and ADHD.

In her work with children, Casey believes play is the language of children. Casey believes in providing a space for children to be their most authentic selves free of judgment or criticism. Casey believes in children’s natural ability to progress towards healing and growth. Casey is currently pursuing additional training to become a Registered Play Therapist.
