Bailey McGrath, MHC Intern

As a graduate student intern, I bring a background in journalism and story writing to my work. Listening deeply and honoring the unique stories people carry has always been my passion. I am trained to work one-on-one with adults and adolescents age 14+ in a capacity that allows for deep resonance and curiosity in our time together.

My journey from journalism to counseling grew out of a desire to move from telling stories to holding them alongside real people in real time. I believe life is inherently messy, humans are beautifully complicated, and our systems don’t always serve us well.

That’s why I approach every individual with empathy and humility. You are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you—collaboratively and compassionately—toward healing and growth.

Together, we can sit with discomfort, explore patterns, celebrate wins, and take meaningful steps—big and small—toward your goals.
