I bring a compassionate and supportive presence to therapy sessions. There are many reasons someone could be seeking therapy services, and I recognize that making the decision to start therapy can be a difficult step to take. I strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment in my office for all my clients. I apply a trauma-informed approach to my work and to the way that I interact with my clients. It is my goal to help you make the positive and meaningful changes in your life that you may need.

I work with clients ages 13 and older. My work is primarily focused on clients who experience trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, and those having difficulties adjusting to big life changes.

As a client-centered therapist, I provide a safe, non-biased, and judgment-free zone for you to tell your story. I will listen to you and, tailor my therapeutic approach to your individual needs and meet you where you are in your healing process. Everyone deserves a space in which they can authentically be themselves and work on their healing. I will work alongside you during your healing journey to help you learn and develop new skills while supporting you in meeting your goals.
