Elizabeth Crimmins, M.S. LMHC, She/Her

I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, especially when intrusive thoughts, strong emotions, or past experiences make daily life feel overwhelming. Together, we work to understand the patterns that keep you stuck so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and like yourself again.
I offer a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space, along with a direct, honest approach when it’s helpful. When working with trauma, I help you explore how early relationships and attachment experiences may be shaping current struggles so we can get to the root of what’s going on and support lasting change.
I use approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients understand their thoughts and emotions, feel more in control of their lives, and develop flexible ways of responding.
Please feel free to contact me to learn more about how therapy works or to ask questions about any of the specific modalities I'm trained in. I look forward to talking with you soon!
