I value an empathetic, person-centered approach to therapy with the goal of fostering a safe environment for all clients. I believe that therapy is an individual process guided by the client using their personal strengths and stories to address any of life’s challenges. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in mental health and substance misuse related settings.
