Hannah Moldovan MSW, LISW. She/Her

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of transformative and effective therapy. I truly value every individual who walks through my door no matter who they are or what they struggle with. I believe that every person brings some type of value to the world, even if it isn’t seen by others.
I want my space to be a place where you feel seen, heard, understood, and supported in the journey you are choosing for yourself. Whether that is finding yourself, processing past experiences, or challenging your most vulnerable parts, I value walking through each and every one of those moments with you.
I currently see children 9+, adolescents, and adults who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, and transitional life events.
I use multiple different modalities that create a person-centered approach to therapeutic work such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS), and systems work. Mindfulness, emotion education, and effective communication are skills that I believe are important for everybody while managing everyday life stressors.
In all honesty, I want to make therapy less scary and more inviting, comfortable, and safe. I would love to get to know you, your needs, and your desires for therapy to see if we would be a good team!
