My approach to therapy is strength based and client focused. I consider myself an ally to marginalized members of our community and seek to remain culturally humble when working with clients who live, work, speak, love, and worship differently than I do.  I believe that clients have within them the resources and skills they need to create the change they seek. I utilize a systemic, narrative model of therapy to help clients achieve their goals.

I have experience working with clients of all ages in individual, family, and couples sessions. I focus my work on couples and adult individuals who want to improve or repair their relationships, mental health, and overall functioning. I believe that each of us has our own unique way of defining success and health. If depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, or difficult life transitions are influencing your life, I believe that we can work together to overcome obstacles and create long-term, positive change.

I consider therapy to be a useful tool from which every person can benefit. I will work with you to create a safe and judgement-free space for us to do the challenging work of creating change and promoting your emotional and mental health and wellness.
