There is healing power that happens when you are in a relationship where you feel supported and accepted just as you are. As a clinician, my aim is to show you what a safe and secure relationship feels like and to walk with you as you learn how to bring that sense of security into other parts of your life.

I have experience working with young children, teens, and adults and have supported clients who have experienced a wide variety of symptoms from anxiety and depression to symptoms caused by experiencing complex and chronic trauma or severe mental illness.
