Welcome! I’m Catrina, a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced/are experiencing domestic violence, childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults, offering a safe, empathetic space for those who are ready to begin the process of healing and growth.
As a trauma survivor myself, I understand the profound impact that life’s most difficult experiences can have. I believe deeply in the capacity of every individual to heal, grow, and create lasting change. My goal is to walk alongside you during both the challenging and successful moments of your journey.

I create a collaborative and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, develop new coping skills, and reconnect with your inner strength. Healing is a process, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.
