I am an approachable therapist with a down to earth style. My goal is to provide a setting that is welcoming and safe for clients to explore and make sense of their inner lives. I orient my practice and work understanding that people are experts on their lives and have the ability to self-organize when given the space and tools to do so.

I am advanced trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a memory reconsolidation approach designed to resolve emotional distress associated with past experiences. I utilize ART to treat PTSD and other trauma-related conditions, as well as ongoing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders."
