Chelsea Cleveland M.S. LMHC
I always feel honored when a client or family invites me into their journey through the therapeutic process. Everyone has difficult experiences, some of which can shape them in ways they never wanted. I love walking alongside clients to help restore freedom and parts of themselves that they lost somewhere along the line. It is my privilege to watch clients leave behind things they no longer need—be that an unhealthy view of themselves, behavioral patterns that lead to inauthentic relationships, difficulty in handling emotions, or anything else that hinders clients from stepping into everything they want to become.
I have spent several years helping clients and families heal from trauma. I have experience working with effects of early childhood trauma as well as attachment concerns. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I work with adults and children ages 5-12 years old.
