Wendy thrives on working with individuals, couples and families to strengthen and grow as they address issues and learn new skills to establish resilience and new hope for the future. She strives to work with clients to obtain positive resolution to problems and lasting hope for the future. She is a direct and active therapist and partners with clients to identify and resolve challenges.
Wendy is a Marital and Family Therapist with an extensive training in Bowen Family Systems Therapy and Trauma Informed Care. She is trained to work within the family system and to create shared responsibility for change and growth. Wendy brings 25 years of experience providing counseling, support , and resources to women and their families facing challenges and assisting them to provide a safe and loving home for their children. She also has extensive training in adoption related issues and appreciates working with anyone touched by adoption including individual adopted persons, birth families, and adopted families.
