Myriah believes everyone has the potential to grow and she is passionate in creating a safe space while empowering clients to identify and explore their emotional experiences, so they can live more satisfying and healthier lives. Myriah works with clients to reduce feelings of disconnection while increasing safe and secure attachment with those around them. When working with couples and families, she utilizes an emotionally focused approach which she has training in and continues to learn. Myriah looks forward to helping couples, families and individuals thrive, create change, gain resilience and flexibility.
Myriah has 6 years experience in working with children and families while utilizing strength-based and trauma informed approach in such areas as mental health, behavioral, adjustment and crisis situations such as life change, grief, or loss.
