Flor believes that a positive relationship between therapist and client is key to a successful therapy experience. Flor’s clinical interests are anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, personal growth, and life transitions. She utilizes Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Person-centered approaches in her practice. Flor strives to work with clients to help them to learn new skills and continue their self-awareness journey to positively impact their lives.
Flor has over 10+ years working with immigrant families, especially the Latino community. She is fluent in Spanish and able to provide bilingual therapy services.
